We believe personal media utilities should be private and respectful. We do not require accounts, logins, email addresses, or payment cards. We never log or record which specific video URLs or media content individual users extract or download.
To maintain your daily free download allowance (4 free downloads/day) and track rewarded bonus unlocks without requiring a user login, we issue an anonymous, cryptographically random, httpOnly session identifier (sf_session_id). This cookie contains zero personal data and exists solely to manage your download quota.
In accordance with GDPR and global privacy standards, we never store raw IP addresses. To prevent automated bot farming and protect our bandwidth infrastructure, incoming client IP addresses are immediately run through a one-way cryptographic hash with an internal salt (HMAC-SHA256(IP, SALT)). This one-way hash bucket is used solely to enforce daily network rate limits and cannot be reversed to discover your actual IP address.
We monetize through display banners and rewarded sponsor offers provided by verified advertising networks (such as Monetag and PropellerAds). These networks may use non-sensitive contextual identifiers to serve clean, popup-free advertisements.
