By accessing and using SnapStream ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SnapStream is a personal media utility tool designed solely for ephemeral processing and saving of publicly accessible media for offline, personal, non-commercial use.
User Warranty: By initiating any media download through the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal right, authorization, or fair-use license to download and store the requested content under the jurisdiction applicable to you. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or commercial mass-distribution purposes.
To maintain high server availability and prevent automated abuse, free downloads are limited to 4 per rolling 24-hour UTC period per identity. Users may unlock up to 6 additional downloads per day through verified rewarded sponsor views. Automated scrapers, distributed bots, and denial-of-service attempts are strictly prohibited and subject to automated IP-bucket rate limiting.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. SnapStream does not host, store, or archive copyrighted video or audio streams on its servers. All media streams are fetched, transmuxed, and piped on-the-fly directly from public third-party CDNs to the requesting client.
